Afshan Shaista Gill
Mentor in farming and entrepreneurship
- 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- Lahore Community Trust
- 1996 to 2019
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,200 people through Lahore Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
