Helping people break into software
- 🇬🇭 Obuasi, Ashanti, Ghana
- Obuasi Foundation
- Since 1988
- English
For 38 years I've mentored people in software and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Afia
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Afia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
