Afia Araba Twum
Nursing mentor, Tema
- 🇬🇭 Tema, Greater Accra, Ghana
- Lincoln Community Trust
- Since 2011
- English, Twi, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 690 people through Lincoln Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Afia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
