Adwoa Janet Darko
Pottery, done properly
- 🇬🇭 Ho, Volta, Ghana
- Redwood Workshop
- 1995 to 2005
- English, Twi
I've worked in pottery from 1995 to 2005. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 270 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 23 years later for another job.
What gifts mean to Adwoa: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
