For 29 years I've run the athletics program at Madina Ashford Athletic Club in Madina. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
What gifts mean to Adwoa: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
