Swimming and fitness coach, Tarkwa

I coached swimming at Tarkwa Holy Cross Swimming Club from 1979 to 1989. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
More about Adwoa
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Adwoa: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
