Adriana G. Sandoval
Oud player and teacher in San Nicolás de los Garza
- 🇲🇽 San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, Mexico
- San Nicolás de los Garza Quartet
- Since 1999
- English, Spanish
I play oud and traditional drumming. I started in 1999 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Adriana: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
