Adriana D. Escobar
Master of tiling, now teaching apprentices
- 🇲🇽 San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, Mexico
- San Nicolás de los Garza Trades Guild
- 1997 to 2022
- Spanish
I've worked in tiling from 1997 to 2022. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 630 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
More about Adriana
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Adriana: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
