Adrian P. Norris
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Fort Worth, Texas, United States
- Harmony Trades Guild
- 1980 to 1996
- English
I've worked in baking from 1980 to 1996. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 640 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
