- Silverlake High School

For eight years I was the chemistry teacher at Silverlake High School. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
What gifts mean to Adnan: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
