Aditi L. Soni
Volunteer mentor with Windsor Youth Network
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Windsor Youth Network
- 2008 to 2021
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 270 people through Windsor Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Aditi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
