I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 35 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Aditi: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
