Coached swimming for eleven years in London
- 🇨🇦 London, Ontario, Canada
- Sunrise Athletic Club
- Since 2015
- English, French
For eleven years I've run the swimming program at Sunrise Athletic Club in London. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
