I've volunteered with Silverlake Community Kitchen from 2001 to 2024. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 39 people now. Everyone brings something.
What gifts mean to Adeline: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
