I taught special education and geography at Columbia High School, Columbia. I answered every email, even at midnight.
I ran the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I sing in a choir.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Adeline
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
