Adel Samir Naguib
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇲🇦 Mohammedia, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco
- Old Mohammedia Works
- Since 1997
- English
I've worked in baking since 1997. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 1,620 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
More about Adel
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Adel: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
