For 42 years I have been the home economics teacher at Cairo Girls' School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
