Addison Ryan
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇨🇦 Brampton, Ontario, Canada
- The Brampton Repairs
- Since 2014
- English
I've worked in baking since 2014. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 610 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 14 years later for another job.
More about Addison
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Addison: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
