Baking for 17 years in Coventry

I've worked in baking from 2008 to 2025. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 900 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Addison: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
