Helping people break into first-generation students
- 🇵🇱 Poznań, Greater Poland, Poland
- Poznań Mentoring Circle
- 2008 to 2025

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 650 people through Poznań Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Adam
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Adam: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first first-generation students job in 2009. I still have your notes. Greetings from Fresno.
