For 37 years I've run the swimming program at Birmingham Heritage Athletic Club in Birmingham. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Adalynn: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 2024. I still hear your voice on the sideline! Greetings from Saket.
