Helping people break into small business

For 25 years I've mentored people in small business and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
