Achieng Amani Wafula
Teacher at Jacaranda High School, loves special education

- Jacaranda High School

I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 20 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Achieng
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
Subjects taught
What gifts mean to Achieng: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
