Abubakar Seyi Eze

Youth netball coach and mentor

  • 🇳🇬 Awka, Anambra, Nigeria
  • Awka Football Club
  • Since 2008
  • English, Hausa, Spanish
For 18 years I've run the netball program at Awka Football Club in Awka. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Abubakar

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
