Abubakar Musa Onyeama
14 years teaching history in Onitsha
- 🇳🇬 Onitsha, Anambra, Nigeria
- Phoenix Girls' School
- 1998 to 2025
- English
For 27 years I was the history teacher at Phoenix Girls' School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 1,620 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Abubakar: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.
