Abubakar Jide Olawale

Boxing coach, Badagry Lincoln Youth Club

  • 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Since 1996
  • English
For 30 years I've run the boxing program at Badagry Lincoln Youth Club in Badagry. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.

More about Abubakar

If you played for me, you probably remember the long bus ride home.
