Abril M. Rojas

Engineering mentor, Laredo

  • 🇺🇸 Laredo, Texas, United States
  • Since 2011
  • English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 840 people through Laredo Foundation. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
