Abril Ibarra
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇪🇸 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain
- Old Alcalá de Henares Workshop
- 1991 to 2003
- English
I'm a thatching specialist. If you live around Alcalá de Henares, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 23 years later for another job.
More about Abril
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
