Abril G. Contreras
Retired music teacher from San Diego Girls' School
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- San Diego Girls' School
- 1991 to 2002
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and eleven years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 250 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Abril
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Abril: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
