I've coached swimming at Gwagwalada Swimming Club since 2001. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Abosede
If you played for me, you probably remember that terrible school play.
What gifts mean to Abosede: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 2025. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Kakamega.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
