I taught music and mathematics at Windsor Technical College, Leicester. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Abigail
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
