I taught chemistry at Jacaranda High School in Houston from 1993 to 2020. Most days I taught primary school children, and I learned every name in the first week.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Abigail
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
