Abigail D. McDonald
Youth martial arts coach and mentor
- 🇨🇦 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
- Andes Sports Club
- Since 1999
- English
I've coached martial arts at Andes Sports Club since 1999. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Abigail
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Abigail: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
