I've coached chess at Valley View Football Club since 2000. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
What gifts mean to Abhishek: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 2007. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Aurangabad.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
