Abena Priscilla Obeng
Painter, potter and teacher at Tema Art Collective
- 🇬🇭 Tema, Greater Accra, Ghana
- Tema Art Collective
- 2018 to 2025
- English, Twi
I work mostly in photography, sometimes textiles. My first show was in 2018 at Tema Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I always make time for a proper cup of tea. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Abena
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Abena: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
