Abena Matilda Alhassan

Agriculture teacher at Meadowbank Secondary School, Since 1999

  • 🇬🇭 Tema, Greater Accra, Ghana
  • Since 1999
  • English
I teach agriculture and drama at Meadowbank Secondary School, Tema. I write a short note to every student at the end of term. Over the years I've had 1,510 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I'm still learning every day.

More about Abena

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Abena: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
