- 1980 to 1991

I taught home economics at Sunrise Girls' School in Kumasi from 1980 to 1991. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I ran the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

What gifts mean to Abena: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
