Abebe Gebre Abate
Mentor in small business and entrepreneurship
- 🇪🇹 Gondar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Lotus Association
- Since 1984
- English, Amharic
For 42 years I've mentored people in small business and entrepreneurship. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
