I've been writing from 1983 to 2016. First as a hobby, then as a job and finally as the thing I couldn't stop doing.
I run a small writing group that meets every second Thursday. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Abebe
Some of my pieces still make me wince. Some, I'm proud of.
What gifts mean to Abebe: I'd put a gift toward a research trip.
