I've volunteered with Beacon Mutual Aid since 1992. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 7 people now. Everyone brings something.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Abdullah
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
