Abdullah Sami Mourad
Choir director and singer
- 🇲🇦 Marrakesh, Marrakech-Safi, Morocco
- Marrakesh Orchestra
- Since 1988
- English, Arabic
I've played gospel since 1988, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Abdullah
I write my first song when I was 13. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Abdullah: Any gift will help me keep teaching kids who can't afford lessons.
