Baking for 37 years in Bordeaux
- 🇫🇷 Bordeaux, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France
- Old Bordeaux Trades Guild
- Since 1989
- English, Arabic, Spanish
I've worked in baking since 1989. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 2,220 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I watch every football match going.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
