I taught physics at Starlight Academy in Dhaka from 1999 to 2023. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 500 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Abdul
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
