Aarti T. Kushwaha
Engineering mentor, Siliguri
- š®š³ Siliguri, West Bengal, India
- Siliguri Foundation
- 1995 to 2017

For 22 years I've mentored people in engineering and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
