For 37 years I've run the boxing program at Kingsway Athletic Club in Birmingham. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
