Aarti L. Mishra
Volunteer mentor with Prayagraj Foundation
- 🇮🇳 Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Prayagraj Foundation
- 1996 to 2015
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Prayagraj Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Aarti
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Aarti: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
