Aarti K. Meena
Retired mathematics teacher from Brookfield Academy
- 🇬🇧 Leeds, England, United Kingdom
- 2018 to 2025
- English, Hindi
I taught mathematics at Brookfield Academy in Leeds from 2018 to 2025. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 270 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Aarti
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
