I've volunteered with St. Mary's Food Bank from 1996 to 2011. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I never rush a conversation. Small habits keep a team together.
What gifts mean to Aarti: Any gift will help us cover the hall hire this winter.
