Aarti G. Sharma
Illustration and oil painting artist
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Bamboo Pottery
- Since 1982
- English, Hindi
I work mostly in illustration, sometimes oil painting. My first show was in 1982 at Bamboo Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Aarti
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Aarti: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
