Aarón W. Castro
Volunteer mentor with Kingsway Association
- 🇺🇸 Orlando, Florida, United States
- Kingsway Association
- Since 2016
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 470 people through Kingsway Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Aarón
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
